住宅楼、办、公楼商业楼等建 🌷 筑 🕸 物内的装修活动
包括但不限于：拆 🐞 除、砌 🌸 、筑、粉、刷安装吊顶等
3. 处 🐦 罚措施
对违反规定进 🌼 行装修的单位或个人，由 🌾 ，相关部门责令停止装修并处以罚款：
个人 🐯 ：500元至元 🐝 2000
单位：5000元 🌻 至元20000
4. 特殊情 🐴 况
因抢险救灾、重大活动 🌲 等特殊情况需要进行 🐟 装修的，须经 🐱 相关部门批准。

Beijing Municipal Regulations on Environmental Protection (2021): Article 47 prohibits construction and renovation activities that produce noise pollution during the following time periods:
6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Construction Noise (2019): Article 10 prohibits construction and renovation activities that produce noise pollution exceeding the following limits:
70 decibels (dB) during the daytime (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM)
55 dB during the nighttime (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Construction Waste (2018): Article 16 requires construction and renovation projects to properly dispose of construction waste, including debris, dust, and hazardous materials.
Beijing Municipal Regulations on the Management of Air Pollution (2017): Article 25 prohibits construction and renovation activities that generate excessive dust or other air pollutants.
